We have recently started to explore the world of science and art with Lego Mindstorms. Our first task was to design a wall - simple enough we thought!! But we discovered that walls need to be built with 'joining', so that the bricks are locked together, and walls need support. For my design I built a wall with support on each side instead of behind the wall. My wall resisted the 'flick' test and 'wind' test. It did not fall over when flicked or blown! My first success as an engineer and designer!
