We have recently started cooking classes with Fáilte Ireland. The chefs that are teaching us how to cook are Chef Caroline and Geraldine. It is really great up there. We each got a new uniform with cool steel capped boots. And a really cool chef's jacket, just like the cooks on tv. Last week we made fairy cakes - we used butter, caster sugar, 2 eggs, raising flour and milk - and when we put them in the oven we got to choose toppings. We chose milk chocolate icing and white chocolate buttons. Very tasty!!
Next week we are going to make pizza!!
